In 2002 setup up a consulting firm which was involved in Internal Audits of multinational clients having diverse business interest, Company Law, Foreign Exchange Regulations, Project Finance and Business & Management Consulting. Also advised on Joint Ventures and foreign technical & financial collaborations has advised clients on structuring cross border transactions from Taxation (Domestic & International) and Foreign Exchange Regulations perspective.

Shikha Manesh Vice President
Has nearly decade of experience and expertise in Human Resource. Since past 8 years she is actively involved in end to end recruitment services and has been catering to manpower needs in the IT and Non-IT sector. She is graduate in Physics and Master in Computer Applications. Her interest lies in music and travelling.

With the versatile experience and blend knowledge of Indian and foreign Tax law from Hong Kong and China, Mr Rao joins finbiz as Advisor and Business Development on board.
